- Lead projects from estimating through final closeout
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and takeoffs
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with superintendents on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, RFP’s, AI’s, CO’s submittals, invoices, lien releases, and App for payments
- Lead project meetings and keep teams aligned and moving forward
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience managing and estimating commercial vertical construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and estimating/project management software (Currently using Sage Estimating; transitioning to Trimble which uses Spectrum for accounting and ProjectSight for project management.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
