Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support
- Process payroll and manage employee records
- Perform bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, bill payments, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal team members
