Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain accurate inventory control and timely ordering of automotive parts and supplies
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Assist the service department by providing timely availability of parts to support repairs and maintenance
- Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover to optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare reports on parts sales, inventory status, and departmental performance
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Competitive salary range of $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly
