About The Role
As aPorter,you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focusedPorterwho will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities
- Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles.
- Keeps the sales lot neat and orderly.
- Moves dealership vehicles as needed.
- Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed.
- Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems
- Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership.
- Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
- Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Know the Five Pillars
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 or older
- 0-1 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of related education and experience) required
- Vocational/technical school preferred
- Safely drive and operate automobiles and light trucks with automatic and standard shift transmissions
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Valid United States-issued driver’s license
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
