What You’ll Do
- Greet customers over the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
- Answer questions and provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect
- Keep customer and appointment information accurate and up to date
- Assist with appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling needs
- Follow up with customers as needed to help ensure a positive experience
- Work closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly
