What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
- Drive department profitability through efficient shop flow and upsell opportunities
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (CSI, RO count, hours per RO, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and dealership policies
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-first service
- Collaborate with Fixed Ops and Sales to support dealership-wide goals
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership: Be prepared to show 3-6 months of recent proof!
- Strong understanding of fixed ops KPIs, warranty processes, and service drive operations
- Leadership skills that inspire performance and growth
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff
- CDJR experience a plus, but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Automotive Technology or a related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
