Our client, a very successful, rapidly expanding, luxury multifamily, real estate developer based in the Baltimore area, is seeking an experienced Luxury Leasing Professional to play a key role in the lease-up of a stunning new Class A apartment community.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and brings a strong background in apartment leasing, resident engagement, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Minimum of three years of residential apartment leasing experience required. Luxury multifamily, Class A, and/or lease-up experience is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
• Drive leasing activity and exceed occupancy goals during the lease-up of a new luxury community
• Deliver exceptional property tours and confidently convert prospects into residents
• Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals to generate new leasing opportunities
• Execute outreach events, networking initiatives, and marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic
• Manage prospect follow-up and maintain a highly organized leasing pipeline
• Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven experience from first inquiry through move-in

Schedule Expectations:
This position requires a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends, based on leasing office hours.
