Retail Shopping Center Real Estate Acquisitions Associate

The Associate will take a leading role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing retail acquisition opportunities across the country. This position offers the opportunity to manage deals from initial evaluation through closing, while working closely with senior leadership in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail real estate acquisitions, investment sales, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to run deals independently, from underwriting through closing.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise; ability to build and audit complex cash flow models.
- Strong market understanding and familiarity with tools such as CoStar, RCA, and ESRI.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships across brokers, lenders, and operating partners.
