Overview
As Night Shift Manager, you’ll lead yard operations through the night, keeping production safe, organized, and aligned with daily plans. You’ll coordinate the Night Shift Spotter movements with open communication and timely decisions to keep work moving.
Duties
- Lead and support night-shift Spotters, setting priorities and communicating production goals.
- Manage production planning and scheduling; monitor output, staffing, materials, and equipment.
- Partner across operations, quality control, and supply chain management to address issues and maintain production flow.
- Handling all Billing for the Spotter movements
Experience
- Experience Managing a logistics or manufacturing management, production management, or operations management, with team leadership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, assembly, production management systems, production scheduling, and production planning.
- Working knowledge of SAP, MRP, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain analytics; ability to interpret operational data.
- Basic Mechanical knowledge and experience supporting quality control and cross-functional communication are valuable.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
