Your Role
The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures to support efficient production. This role tracks and communicates the status of products and materials, helps expedite product flow through manufacturing and related operations, and ensures alignment with production plans and priorities. The position also involves operating equipment as needed, maintaining accountability for materials—including hazardous materials—and completing accurate, timely material transactions and work order reconciliation.
C Shift, Monday to Friday, 10PM PM to 6AM

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Your Role

C Shift, Monday to Friday, 10PM PM to 6AM
Physical Attributes
- Exposure to high production output machinery and equipment in a production/plant environment.
- 100% Standing and/or sitting for duration of shift, up to 12 hours.
- Frequent lifting of 20 - 30 lbs. necessary/Max lifting – 40 to 50 lbs.
- Bend and twist as needed.
- Grasp, manipulate, and handle objects consistently and regularly; use fine motor skills.
- Pass visual acuity testing in order to perform activities such as: preparing, entering, and analyzing data on paper and on a computer monitor; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices.
- Work in a clean room environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Yellow Belt and/or lean certificate or equivalent
- Proven problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- High level ability to multi-task.
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Work independently and effectively on a team.
- Intermediate computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
