This is a full-time, on-site Equipment Technician role based in South Windsor, CT. The Equipment Technician will handle day-to-day tasks including performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing heavy equipment. The role requires ensuring all equipment functions efficiently and safely, while working collaboratively with team members as necessary.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting diverse technical issues with equipment
- Experience handling and maintaining Heavy Equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and report equipment status
- Ability to follow safety protocols and comply with organizational maintenance standards
