316 Auto is the in-house reconditioning and body shop for Million Mile Motors, one of the highest-volume independent used car dealerships in Gwinnett County. We stay busy. We need skilled body techs who can work fast and work clean.
This is recon body work — not insurance claim work. You will be pulling dents, doing panel repairs, fixing bumpers, handling minor collision damage, and prepping vehicles for front-line presentation. Volume is high and the pace is fast.
What you'll do:
- Panel repair, dent removal, and straightening
- Bumper repair and replacement
- Prep work for paint — block sanding, masking, priming
- Minor collision and cosmetic damage repair
- Work alongside painters and prep techs to hit recon targets
- Maintain quality while hitting daily throughput goals
What you'll earn:
- Flat rate: $22–$30 per flag hour based on skill level
- Good techs flag 40–55 hours per week
- Target earnings: $45,000–$85,000/year
- Consistent year-round work — we never slow down
Who we want:
- Proven auto body experience — at least 2 years
- Can work independently and stay productive without supervision
- Own tools preferred
- Works well in a fast-paced high-volume shop
- Reliable — shows up on time every day
