What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing Analyst position at Million Colombia | Cutting-edge Real Estate Solutions?

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to lead our pricing strategy in the U.S. car rental market, with impact on customers worldwide.

The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing revenue, strengthening the company’s presence across different channels, and ensuring our rates are strategically positioned against global competitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out analysis of existing business for margin and trade performance within the segment.
Managing specialized tools for price wars.
Continuously monitoring competitors.
Ensuring that our offering remains attractive and aligned with market trends.
Using strong organization and discipline to monitor markets across different time zones (Europe and Australia).

Requirements:

B2 - C1 English level.
1 to 3 years of work experience in areas such as data analysis, finance, business intelligence, commercial, or marketing. (Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or market analysis in sectors like tourism, airlines, hotels, retail, or mobility is highly desirable).
At least 2 years of experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, or sales analysis in projects involving international data.
Flexibility and time management skills to coordinate with global teams and clients.
