Millinocket Regional Hospital has an immediate opening for a Licensed Social Worker .
Qualifications:
- Maine Licensed Social Worker
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Ability to have strong relationships with clinical and medical staff
- Experience with surveys and regulations preferred
Main Functions:
- Plan, directs, coordinates and evaluates the overall practice of the swing bed program and social services.
- Swing Bed Coordinator will work with the different disciplines within the facility including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, dietary, and the different clinics and services to ensure a safe discharge process.
General Information:
- Full time, hourly position
- 36 Hours Per Week
- Varied Days and Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
