About the role:
The School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) provides specialized support and services to students with disabilities to improve their ability to participate in school activities and routines. The OT evaluates students, develops individualized plans, and implements therapeutic interventions that promote fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-help skills, and functional independence within the educational environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Tennessee
- Registered and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Minimum of one year of pediatric or school-based experience preferred
