About the role:
To equip students with the technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and safety practices required for entry-level employment or further education in the welding industry. The Welding Teacher delivers industry-aligned instruction, prepares students for certifications, and fosters workplace readiness through real-world applications in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience, completed within the last five (5) years, or five (5) years of relevant work experience, completed within the last ten (10) years
- AWS Certification
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position

We value honesty and transparency in our hiring process. Our salary range for teaching positions is $50,055.20 to $75,398.68, determined by verified years of experience and recognition of a Master's degree.
