About the role:
Responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development in alignment with Tennessee state standards. This role involves designing and delivering differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, assessing progress, and implementing effective classroom management strategies. The teacher collaborates with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success and ensure a well-rounded educational experience. Additionally, the teacher is expected to integrate technology, utilize data-driven instruction, and maintain compliance with district and state policies while fostering a love of learning in all students.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a valid Tennessee teaching license.
- Endorsement in the grade/subject taught
- Governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Tennessee Code Annotated and the collective bargaining agreement.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position.

We value honesty and transparency in our hiring process. Our salary range for teaching positions is $50,055.20 to $75,398.68, determined by verified years of experience and recognition of a Master's degree.
