What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position at Millington Insurance Agency, Inc?
Insurance customer service including claim submission, premium payment processing, policy changes, daily document processing, bank deposits, outgoing mail, etc.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Prefer experience with AMS360, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Hours are 8 to 5 weekdays. Paid holidays and vacation. Plus commission.

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Service policies for home, auto, farm, business.
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
