• Main office cleaning – Empty all trash cans every day, Dust / Wipe down all tables and desks, Vacuum, dust, Clean Windows.
• Main Conference Room – Empty all trash cans, Wipe down tables, Vacuum.
• Main Hall – Sweep and Mop. Sweep the stairs
• Clean the Main Floor Bathrooms by 8:00 PM every day. Replenish all Toiletries.
• Clean Main Canteen (Daily) – Sweep, Mop, Clean Tables, Clean Microwave, Restock items.
• Clean additional Bathrooms as indicated.
• Fourth Avenue Lobby – Sweep, Mop, Dust and clean all glass doors
• Service all trash cans in the Industrial areas
• Pick up all trash as indicated.
• Outside cleaning duties as indicated.
• Clean the compactor area (Weekly)
• Clean Smoking booth area as indicated (Weekly)
• Clean Fourth Avenue turnstile walkway (Weekly)
• Clean Outside Chemical area as indicated using blower (Weekly)
• Periodic sweeping by R6, R5, R1 as indicated.
• Periodic sweeping and cleaning by R3, R4, Singer Room outside by F-Dock as indicated.
• Clean Yellow guard rails as indicated
• Periodic dusting as indicated
• Cobweb cleaning as indicated
• Sweep and clean the nurse’s station area and steps as indicated.
• Clean the Tufting dock as indicated using leaf blower,
• All other duties as assigned by manager.
