- Cross train and fill in on Operator level jobs
- Perform planned maintenance and daily team maintenance
- Follow planning map and dye schedule
- Sew straight seams and free of creases from the sew-on table
- Receive in inventory (SAP)
- Operate PIV with long pole attachment
- Knowledge of base carpet
Some Responsibilities Include
- Comply with all plant, area safety rules, LOTO procedures and ISO specifications.
- Confirm trailers on board are at dock and call trailers.
- Verify greige was issued correctly in SAP.
- Perform Weekly cycle counts.
- Stage/Confirm greige is ready for upcoming colorways.
- Draw Pic lines on carpet when unloading and measure length to make sure they are correct width.
- Inspect rolls when unloading to make sure the ID line is on the correct side.
- Transport/Dispose of tubes.
- Clean Millitron Pre-Circulation filters as needed.
- Unload supplier trailers.
- Perform periodic audits.
- Fill in on Sew on, Millitron, & Inspection jobs to cover for vacations/absences and breaks.
- Proper handling of tubes in the inspection area, disposable, shipping of tubes, and maintain tubes for the inspector.
- Keeping dumpsters emptied at R101 sew on area, inspection area, reinspect tables and cut tables.
