Millie's and Chimney Rock Cafe are two bustling restaurants in the middle of NO WHERE Idaho about 15 minutes from the Canadian boarder. There two restaurants are owned by the same owners and are located about 1/2 mile apart and offer very different menus but have the same expectation for quality of service and food.

Millies is a Priest Lake staple that was built in 1943 and operated as a bar/brothel and has maintained since then only as a restaurant/bar. I purchased Millies in 2019 and my partners and we have fully renovated it. We have left it rustic in nature but have adapted to changing times and modernized it in many ways. Millies seats 80 inside, 60 on a patio and another 80 on our deck. The outside area in the summer caters to all ages with a kids play area, pickleball, sand volleyball, and outdoor bar and a stage for live music 5 nights a week. Our menu is scratch made despite the extreme volume and we pride ourselves on excellent service. We have a wood fired pizza oven, a nightly fresh sheet and daily house made desserts that are constantly rotating. We are fast paced but comfortably casual. We attract an older crowd of staff and are looking to lock in our summer wait staff and servers for the 2023 season. I hire based on business levels so I will bring in my first wave of servers in May, then a couple more the beginning of June and then more the end of June. The positions are thru August/September as I also stagger people out as well. Full availability is required. Previous serving/bartending experience is also required. These are SUPER fast paced jobs and very lucrative. I do expect a precise order of operations and I do expect exceptional service for my guests. Cocktails should be fresh, waters should be full, condiments and appetizer plates should be there before the food every arrives. Though this a casual establishment I pride myself on having the best service around. Not only do you need to be incredible at your job you also need to be engaging and have a great relationship with the guests. Bartenders need to be mindful of the rail and the ticket machine. You must be fast, prioritize well and be great at crowd management. This is not a position for a green individual, we are mighty and pumping at full force. I am looking for talent and ambition.

Chimney Rock Cafe is located just 1/2 mile from Millie's but has a very different vibe. Breakfast is traditional with a twist. The small venue fits 43 inside and will be opening a patio that seats 60 this summer. We pride ourselves on scratch made food, sauces and high quality with consistency. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast/lunch but this summer plan to expand and open as an Italian bistro in the evenings on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I am looking for both day and night servers at this establishment with the same expectations for quality as above.

I am looking to hire an additional 3 bartenders and 14 servers. I am very particular about the level of service provided and I am looking for those who will uphold the standard. Though the volume levels aren't at their peak until July-September I am looking to find the right candidates to lock in over the next several weeks so that I can coordinate talents, arrival dates and housing. We use Touch Bistro as a POS system for both. People skills are a must.

Housing- we have brand new employee housing directly behind Millies, they are condos with a shared kitchen and living room with three bedroom upstairs each with their own individual bathroom. Each room is $550/person. Shared rooms are $300/person and I have a few different spots in the vacinity for housing available.
