Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of RV TRAVEL TRAILERS & 5TH WHEELS . The ideal candidate will have a passion for detailing, cleaning, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior janitorial, custodial, or car wash experience is a plus, along with skills in buffing, window tinting, and driving. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough RV cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to meet company standards
- Conduct buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance
- Apply window tinting and other cosmetic enhancements as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services
- Operate company vehicles responsibly when transporting vehicles or equipment
- Follow safety protocols during all detailing procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in RV, detailing, or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Customer service experience is highly valued to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Skills in buffing, cleaning, and window tinting are considered advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for driving responsibilities
- Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrates attention to detail and reliability necessary for this role
