Responsibilities

  • Lead all recruitment efforts for all departments within the organization
  • Develop and execute scalable hiring strategies to support rapid growth
  • Build strong talent pipelines for candidacy from application review to offers
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen Miller Vein’s employer brand
  • Implement best-in-class sourcing methods, leveraging modern recruiting tools
  • Collaborate with executives to forecast hiring needs
  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, source of hire, retention)

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Proven success in healthcare or multi-site service recruiting
  • Expertise in sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

 

As this position will work in a hybrid environment, candidates must be located within Southeastern Michigan.
