Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment efforts for all departments within the organization
- Develop and execute scalable hiring strategies to support rapid growth
- Build strong talent pipelines for candidacy from application review to offers
- Partner with marketing to strengthen Miller Vein’s employer brand
- Implement best-in-class sourcing methods, leveraging modern recruiting tools
- Collaborate with executives to forecast hiring needs
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, source of hire, retention)
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Proven success in healthcare or multi-site service recruiting
- Expertise in sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
As this position will work in a hybrid environment, candidates must be located within Southeastern Michigan.
