Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises clinical Office Managers
  • Oversees daily operations of clinics including staffing, scheduling, KPIs, and CES
  • Leads performance management for clinical staff
  • Partners with physicians/providers to ensure smooth clinic execution
  • Implements policies, maintains compliance, and supports expansion initiatives
  • Standardization of patient flow and protocol across all locations
  • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate all contracts  
  • Oversees patient experience and satisfaction
  • Renew licenses and update organizational memberships

 

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in healthcare operations management and multi-site leadership
  • Proven background in Quality Improvement and patient experience satisfaction
  • Understanding of EMRs and data reporting metrics
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to coach and mentor direct reports
  • Ability to create productive solutions based on feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving
  • Flexible and resourceful outlook with the capability to support rapid chage
  • Travel to all Miller Vein locations

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Heath, Business with healthcare focus or similar
  • Experience in vein/vascular, lymphedema, wound care
  • Experience in opening new locations and supporting expansion
  • Familiarity with billing and coding standards
  • Understanding of referral sources (internally and externally)
