What You'll Do
- Support business clients with technical issues and IT projects
- Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and troubleshoot technology systems
- Assist with network, server, workstation, and cloud administration
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and best-practice implementations
- Learn directly from experienced IT professionals and consultants
- Build relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service
- Gain exposure to multiple industries and technology environments
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field OR
- Up to 1 year of professional IT experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or other industry certifications
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
