Student Writer: Student workers assist professional staff with writing news releases, brief news stories and articles for newsletters, conducting research, scheduling interviews and much more. – $9.00/hr
Student Social Media Assistant: Work to help engage, motivate, inspire and inform MU students over social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is involved and wants to get the message out to students about everything MU. – $9.00/hr
Student Social Media Graphic Designer: The student designer will focus on creating content for social media including, but not limited to, flyers, infographics, slides, memes and event promotion using the University-provided Adobe suite of tools. The social media graphic designer will report to the senior and assistant directors of public relations. – $9.00/hr
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Be able to sit/stand and use a computer for the length of shift
- Ability to carry 10-20 pounds
- Work is sometimes performed in adverse weather conditions
