Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate / Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting all customer needs by responding to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Service Associate / Cashier will also be responsible for processing sales and payments, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers with their order.
Qualifications:
·21 or older
·Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
·Must be able to work standing for an extended period of time.
·Must be able to pass a background check with limited criminal background checks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. (This includes processing sales and taxes.)
- Inventory: Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts by checking them out, counting them, organizing them back in their places, and putting them back where they were supposed to go. (This includes picking up parts from suppliers at frequent intervals.)
- Other Duties as Assigned
Day Shift and Swing Shift available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
