Duties
- Perform mold remediation and ensure proper safety protocols are followed during the process.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various restoration tasks, including demolition and reconstruction.
- Conduct fire restoration activities to restore properties damaged by fire, smoke, or soot.
- Clean and restore carpets and other flooring materials to their original condition.
- Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines.
Skills
- Proficient in mold remediation techniques and best practices.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools used in construction and restoration work.
- Knowledge of fire restoration processes and materials.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and regulations.
