Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce to track progress, forecast revenue, and optimize outreach efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, especially ProvenCRM or similar platforms
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative approaches to capitalize on new opportunities
