Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Portuguese/English
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a remote position supporting our operations in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate professionally in both Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service by phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Communicate professionally with customers in both Portuguese and English.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about company services.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, services, projects, and pending requests.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Accurately record and update customer information in company systems.
- Communicate customer requests and concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented when handling challenging or time-sensitive situations.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable using computers, email, messaging platforms, and company systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or a related role.
- Experience working in a bilingual Portuguese/English environment.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.

- Work Calendar: This position follows the Massachusetts work calendar and company-observed holidays.
