Job Overview
Miller Welding, LLC is hiring up to 2 motivated, dependable individuals to join our millwright services and infrastructure projects team. This position supports industrial, agricultural, and structural projects.
This is a hands-on role with no experience required — we provide on-the-job training. We’re looking for people who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn skilled trade work.
IMPORTANT: This position involves working at heights. Applicants must NOT be afraid of heights.
Duties
- Assisting with millwright services and infrastructure projects
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of structural or mechanical components
- Using hand and power tools
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Following safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Working outdoors and on active job sites
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Must NOT be afraid of heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
