Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring a Used Car Technician - Team Leader for our Miller Dealerships division in Lumberton, NJ. With over 100 years of experience serving the community we remain large enough to serve but small enough to care!
Duties:
- Conducting safety checks, repairs of used vehicles, and routine services
- Will be responsible for Quality Control Inspections of all reconditioned vehicles checked and repaired by all technicians
- Use practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Build a sense of pride in our used car department and prepare all vehicles with that mindset
- Use sound problem-solving skills
- Lead an existing team and build a strong team mentality where exceeding expectations is the goal
You Have:
- Prior leadership experience
- Prior experience as an Auto Technician at an automotive dealership (Subaru, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, or Lexus preferred)
- Your own tools
- A clean driving record
You May Also Have:
- Experience with DealerTrack, X Time, or SubaruNet
- ASE certifications
- Competitive Compensation: $25-30 per hour
- Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-4pm
