- Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out mechanical repairs, part replacements, and fine-tuning of automotive components
- Assist with auto restoration projects by diagnosing issues, removing damaged parts, and installing new components with precision
- Lift heavy vehicle parts safely during repairs or adjustments, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop effective repair strategies
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including alignment specifications, repairs, and parts used
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or auto body work
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and working on big equipment is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and truck mechanics.
- Mechanic experience is mandatory for candidates, training and expertise in the field is offered for candidates willing to learn
