At Miller Time Pub & Grill, you will be working in a casual pub environment where being a Bartender is all about making conversation as well as giving guests the opportunity to sample some of the best local Wisconsin brews you can find! You may be providing service to business people who are here for a few drinks after work or even a group of people who are here to celebrate a Brewers, Packers or Bucks win! We are looking for a standout candidate with at least a year of experience and who has the skills to make drinks quickly and precisely and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

What will you be doing?
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
Take beverage and food orders, prepare drinks accurately, and serve guests in a timely manner.
Promote menu items and recommend beer, wine, spirit, and food pairings.
Educate guests about Miller Brewing history, local craft beers, and featured beverages.
Maintain proper bar setup and stock levels, including beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, juices, and supplies.
Prepare and maintain fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes daily.
Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process guest transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area, service station, and guest seating area.
Support servers by preparing drinks through the service bar.
Assist with table service when needed.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balancing procedures in accordance with company standards.
Change beer kegs and maintain beverage inventory.
Follow all state, federal, and company liquor service regulations.
Perform opening, closing, and general cleaning duties.
Assist with special guest requests and support team operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends.
Ability to create cocktails using standard recipes and maintain consistent quality.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
Ability to operate POS systems and related technology.
Ability to memorize menus, beverage offerings, and table numbers.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in confined spaces.
Ability to lift and change beer kegs weighing up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to obtain any required government licenses or certifications.
Bartending certification required
TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service certification required.
