Parts Associate
Location: Bingham Lake
FLSA: Full-time, nonexempt
Wage $20-25 per hour, DOE

Our Parts Associates carry a legacy of caring for family farms and customers and building trust. Within your role, you will also support the service and sales departments, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate ordering and invoicing.
Join the Miller Sellner family as a Parts Associate! This position shall:
- Serve both external customers and internal teams, greeting and assisting customers and strengthening customer relationships
- Complete parts sales which require the ability to research, read, and comprehend catalogs and utilize computer databases to determine part number and/or prices
- Instruct customers on basic use and/or procedures or to direct them to the appropriate resource for information
- Prepare sales slips and receive payment or obtain credit authorization
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls
- Maintain inventory in customer retail areas, including dusting/cleaning inventory and shelving and stocking
- Determine replacement parts, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions
- Handle parts discrepancies or concerns from customers (wrong or defective parts) to achieve resolution
- Exceptional and professional customer service, responsive to coworkers and customers alike
- Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
- Forklift certification, or ability to obtain
- Clean or acceptable MVR
- High school diploma or equivalent
