Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer phones, and assist with parts inquiries and purchases
- Help customers and technicians identify and locate the correct parts
- Process parts sales and assist with service customer checkouts
- Order and track parts to ensure timely availability
- Receive and verify incoming parts and maintain accurate inventory
- Communicate with service staff regarding parts availability and special orders
- Follow up on special orders and notify customers or team members upon arrival
- Maintain a clean, organized parts area and support daily operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior retail, automotive, RV, or parts experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move parts (typically up to 25 lbs, occasionally heavier with assistance)
- Comfortable working in a dealership environment with both indoor and occasional outdoor tasks
