Job Summary
Miller's On Trade is seeking skilled and enthusiastic bartenders. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing exceptional service during special occasions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with other team members.
