Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Grounds Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. No experience? No problem — we'll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Operate push mowers, riding mowers, and zero-turn mowers to maintain lawns to company standards
- Operate weed eaters / string trimmers to edge and trim around obstacles, fences, and landscaping
- Perform trash and debris pickup on job sites before and after service
- Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and hard surfaces after mowing
- Load and unload equipment safely from company vehicles and trailers
- Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude at all client properties
- Complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license preferred (required if operating company vehicle)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions — heat, humidity, and rain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable transportation to report to the shop/meeting point on time
- Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
- Lawn care or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
