We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at our 100% employee-owned nursing facility in Logansport Indiana.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of diverse patient populations. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a long term care and memory care facility.
You will be responsible for providing care to residents consistent with their care plans. This will include passing of medications, taking vitals, completing related documentation, along with participating in the care plan process.
Candidates must have a valid RN or LPN licensure valid for work in Indiana.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
