Staff Nurse, LPN or RN

Seeking Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered nurse for our 100% employee-owned nursing facility in Warsaw Indiana.

Current needs are for 2nd or Weekend Option.

Duties

• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patients’ conditions continuously, recognizing signs of acute pain, infection, or changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with long-term care regulations and best practices.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records using EMR/EHR (PointClickCare).

Pay: $32.50 - $44.00 per hour
