Description:*This position is fully remote.The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and corporate positions across mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering disciplines. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent aligned with the company’s technical standards and growth strategy.The Technical Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruiting and onboarding processes while supporting workforce planning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and support roles across the company.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and workforce needs.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry associations, networking, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate and set up interviews with the hiring team.Manage offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding handoff.Build and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.Identify passive candidates within the engineering industry.Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).Ensure consistent communication with candidates.Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Support onboarding and background check coordination.PreferredExperience recruiting mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, fire protection, and/or commissioning engineers. Familiarity with engineering licensure (e.g., PE, EIT) requirements.Experience using ATS platforms.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.3 years of recruitment experience (experience in engineering or technical recruiting preferred).Strong understanding of engineering terminology and project environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
