What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) position at MILLER PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES LLC?
Work six months out of the year with a schedule rotating 7 days on, 7 days off at inpatient psychiatric facility. Seeking PMHNP to work at a new facility, Three Rivers Behavioral Health, opening in October. Necessary rounding hours in the building from 9am-2pm. Psychiatric coverage company owned and run by fellow Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. The employed PMHNP will provide psychiatric care including evaluation, diagnosing, and treatment of clients under the supervision of the Medical Director. Job duties include daily rounding with patients, medication management, completion of daily documentation, providing on-call responsibilities on scheduled basis. Master's degree in nursing with board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner required.
