Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage both office operations and customer service. This role involves answering customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, scheduling services, and handling billing and payment questions. As an office leader, you will promote company values, address challenges proactively, and foster a positive work environment. Those responsibilities include assisting with performance reviews, training new and current employees on company processes, and participating in team meetings to ensure smooth operations. Daily tasks include invoicing, project pricing, vendor coordination, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and office communications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
· Experience:
- 2 years experience of office management of 5 staff
- 2 years sales experience
- A willingness to learn and grow into office management responsibilities is essential.
· Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for detail and multitasking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
· Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Must be willing to pass a drug test.
- Ability to sit for extended periods during a 40 to 50 hour work week.
Performance & Career Development
- A 60-day probationary period will be conducted to assess performance and readiness to perform office management duties.

Work Details
- Location: Onsite/In-person at our office.
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, Occasional Saturday am shift.
- Compensation: $75-85k starting wage
Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
