Location: Hastings & Inver Grove Heights, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Mondays & Wednesdays in Hastings (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Wednesday)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays in Inver Grove Heights (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment and ensure their comfort
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments
- Take diagnostic records including X-rays, photographs, and digital scans/impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Maintain patient charts and records accurately
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Qualifications:
- MUST BE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
- Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- CPR certification
