Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
Must be authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of customer service throughout ownership
Understand time management
Generate and provide clients with complete and accurate estimate of repairs
Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used factory warranty guidelines and specifications
Confidently communicate with clients through text, calls or email to provide service or scheduling updates and answer questions
Actively engage walk-in clients promptly, personally and with the goal of understanding their needs
Contribute to the achievement of productivity and client satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual brand KPI targets
Understands service operations; ability to ask the right questions and provide recommendations so questions are addressed promptly
Seeks out additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership, preferably high line
Must be internet savvy and computer literate with strong and professional email etiquette
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Must be personable and able to build trust with established clients
Must be able to follow reputable processes
Must be able to control the phone conversation and have strong follow up skills
Must be a team player and receptive to new ideas with a positive attitude
Follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and procedures
