Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Administrative Assistant, located in Okemos, MI. The individual in this role will manage scheduling and patient appointments, assist with administrative tasks, handle patient inquiries, coordinate communication between staff and clients, and ensure the smooth operation of daily practice activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining confidential medical records and supporting the team with organizational tasks.
