What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mason Tender/Laborer position at Miller Masonry & Concrete?
Wage starts at $20.00/hour with no experience. Any construction experience is preferred, but not required. We provide on the job training to learn the trade and eventually become a mason. Most of our projects are located in the Fox Valley/Green Bay area.
**Must be able to comfortably handle 50 pound block all day**
**Must be able to comfortably work on scaffolding and at heights, as needed**
**Must be able to provide your own transport to and from the jobsite**
Some typical job duties:
- Mix & shovel mortar
- Unload pallets of block
- Keep masons supplied with materials and equipment
- Drive lifts, once trained (Skytrak, Scissors, etc.)
- Cut block with a gas saw
- Setup traditional and power scaffold
