Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arlington, TN, for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control processes, using hand tools for minor adjustments, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also involves efficient communication with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. This is an entry-level role with pay $14-16/hr DOE.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery
- Strong skills in Quality Control to monitor production output effectively
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools for basic equipment adjustments
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
