Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Maintain organized records and assist with month-end closing
Human Resources:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration
- Coordinate training sessions and compliance documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Human Resources (dual experience preferred)- Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
