Join our fast-paced office as a part-time Office Assistant. We are looking for a dependable, & detail orientated individual to preform clerical and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a process driven, self-managed individual who takes pride in consistent output.
Duties will include but are not limited to, the following:
- Front Desk Coverage: Professionally greet customers, answer and route phone calls.
- Data and Documentation: Perform data entry, scan, file, and copy documents, and maintain digital/physical records.
- No-Show Reduction: Proactively contacting clients to confirm appointments, reducing cancellations, and filling gaps in the schedule.
- Office Maintenance: Order supplies, maintain a tidy reception area.
